The Election Commission has directed Goa 's Chief Secretary Sanjay Srivastava to suspend state's Director of Animal Husbandry, Siddhivinayak Naik and submit 'action taken report' to the Commission by the 31st of this month.Official sources said in Panaji on Sunday that Mr. Naik has been found guilty of offering job letters to 140 candidates while election code of conduct is in force. Goa is going for Assembly polls on March 3 and a code of conduct is currently in place in the state.
