He has been barred with immediate effect. The Commission has condemned his remarks in which the leader had threatened Bodoland Peoples' Party chief Hagrama Mohilary.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Congress had approached the Commission over his remarks following which the poll body had issued a notice to him. In its order, the poll panel found Mr. Sarma's reply unsatisfactory.</span>
