The Election commission has asked officials to keep a watch on people spreading rumours and ensure peace during electioneering in Bihar. <br/>The Commission has instructed DMs and SPs to be vigilant as the assembly election is coinciding with the festive season and the rumour-mongers could be on prowl. <br/><br/>Bihar chief electoral officer Ajay Nayak said, stern action should be taken against those who try to disturb election process. <br/><br/>He said district administration have been instructed to deploy security forces in keeping tab on anti social elements and instill confidence among voters.
