The Returning Officer of Rajya Sabha election has asked Aam Aadmi Party candidate N D Gupta to appear before him today over an allegation of holding the office of profit. <br/><br/>Earlier, the Congress had filed a complaint against the AAP candidate in Delhi demanding rejection of his candidature for the upper house as he holds an office of profit as a trustee of the National Pension System. <br/><br/>Delhi Congress Chief Ajay Maken had claimed that Mr Gupta was appointed as the trustee of the government-owned National Pension Scheme Trust in 2015 and he still holds this office and therefore he is ineligible to contest the elections.<br/><br/>Along with AAP candidates Sanjay Singh and Sushil Gupta, N D Gupta had filed their nominations on Thursday.<br/><br/>
