<span style="color: #222222;">The Election Commission has appointed separate Police Observers for Cooch Behar and Jalpaiguri Parliamentary seats which will go for polls on 11th of this month.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Giving this information in Kolkata yesterday the State Additional Chief Electoral Officer Sanjay Basu said that two Police obsevers will work for Cooch Behar seats while another one has been deputed for Jalpaiguri seat. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Commission has already appointed Mr Vivek Dubey as Special Police observer for entire State of West Bengal during Lok Sabha polls. </span><br />''  <br />
