Election Commission has announced poll schedule for bye elections to Legislative Council from Graduates' and Teachers' Constituencies in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Bihar. <br/><br/>The notification will be issued on 13th of this month, and 20th February will be the last date for making nominations. Polling will be held on 9th March and counting on 15th March. <br/><br/>The Election Commission, in a statement said, the Model Code of Conduct has come into force with immediate effect in the districts in which the MLC Constituencies fall.
