The Election Commission today announced by-polls for Panaji and Valpoi seat in Goa, Nandyal in Andhra Pradesh and Bawana seat of national capital.<br/><br/>Notification in this regard will be issued on Saturday and nomination can be filed till 5th of next month. The voting will take place on 23rd of next month and counting will be held on 28th August.
