The government has assured that Eastern and Western Dedicated Freight Corridor will be completed by the next year. Replying to supplementaries in the Lok Sabha today, the Railways Minister Piyush Goyal said, all the pending works will be completed by the year 2022 when the country will commemorate 75th years of India's Independence.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''Mr. Goyal said, the Railways Ministry has planned for induction of 150 pairs of passenger trains services through public private partnership. He said, this move will attract investment of 30 thousand crore rupees and boost the modernization process of Railways.&nbsp;<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">He said, loco pilots and guards will be provided by the Railways, however, maintenance services will be provided by the private players. He assured that the government is committed to protect the rights of Railways workers.</span><br />
