East Bengal, Kolkata has won the 32nd Federation Cup Football Tournament. In a keenly fought final today at the Barabati Stadium, Cuttak, it defeated arch rival Mohan Bagan of Kolkata by a solitary goal. Reisangmi Vashum scored that important goal in the 53rd minute. This is the seventh time that East Bengal has won the Federation championship.
