East Bengal, Kolkata has won the 32nd Federation Cup Football Tournamnet. In a keenly fought final at the Barabati Stadium, Cuttak, East Bengal defeated arch riveal Mohan Bagan Kolkata by a solitary goal. Reisangmi Vashum scored the all important goal in the 53rd minute. This is the seventh time that East Bengal has won the Federation Cup.
