He said, the index will encourage all cities to move towards an outcome based approach to urban planning and management.&nbsp;<br />''</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Minister was speaking after inaugurating a day long National Dissemination Workshop on Ease of living Index 2018 for 111 cities in India, in New Delhi.&nbsp;Mr Puri said the Ease of living framework comprises four pillars namely institutional, Social, economic and physical. The Minister said, these indicators are used to measure adoption of innovative practices which are considered desirable for enhancing ease of living.&nbsp;<br />''</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The index will also help achieve various goals of sustainable development in urban planning.
