United States Geological Survey said, there is a low likelihood of casualties and damage due to quake which occurred&nbsp;66 kilometers west-southwest of Constitucion city.&nbsp;It said the population in the region resides in structures that are resistant to earthquake shaking, though vulnerable structures exist.</span><br />
