Earthquake jolts northern Pakistan, Afghan mountain range

An earthquake struck the Hindu Kush mountain range in Afghanistan and was strongly felt in northern Pakistan last night. <br/><br/>The US Geological Survey said the quake had a magnitude of 5.2, while Pakistan's meteorological department said it was magnitude 5.9 with its epicentre in the Afghan mountain range.<br/><br/>The earthquake was felt from tribal regions along the Afghan border in the north to the eastern city of Lahore and its surrounding areas in Punjab province. There are no reports of any damage so far.
