An earthquake measuring 5.0 on the Richter Scale jolted the bordering region of Dujiangyan and Pengzhou cities of southwest China today. China's seismological network said the quake struck at 14:11 p.m. (local time) at a depth of 10 kilometre. There are no immediate reports of any damage or casualties.
