An earthquake measuring 5.3 at Richter scale hit Myanmar and tremors were felt in Manipur at around 07.41 this morning. <br/><br/>The epicentre of the earthquake is located at about 40 Kilometres away to the North-East from Maulaik in Sagaing Region bordering Manipur at a depth of 106 Kilometres beneath the ground. There is no report of any damage of constructions and human casualty so far.
