Two strong earthquakes measuring 6.3 and 6.0 on the Richter scale hit Berling Sea this morning. The U.S. Geological Service said the first quake's epicenter was 474 kilometers from Gambell in Alaska State, with a depth of 15 kilometers. The center tremor, of 6.0 magnitude, hit at the same location five minutes later. There were no reports of any casualties.
