External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj held meetings with her counterparts from six countries on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly session in New York, United States. She discussed matters of bilateral cooperation with these nations. <br/><br/>Continuing with her intense diplomatic engagements, Mrs Swaraj met her counterparts from Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Mexico, Morocco, San Marino and Moldova last night. <br/><br/>External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Raveesh Kumar, in a tweet said, Mrs Swaraj called on Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani and discussed issues of mutual concerns, situation in the region and bilateral ties to boost strategic partnership with the special friend. <br/><br/>The spokesperson said, external affairs and her Saudi counterpart Adel Al-Jubeir discussed matters on enhancing bilateral relations based on centuries old economic and socio-cultural ties. <br/><br/>He further said, to furthering ties with Eastern European friend, Mrs Swaraj held talks with Moldova Deputy Prime Minister and and Finance Minister Andrei Galbur.<br/><br/>
