He was addressing the valedictory session of the international conference – "Connected Histories, Shared Present" at India International Centre in Delhi.<br />''<br />''The Minister said that Narendra Modi government's commitment can be seen by increased frequency of high level visits and opening of new Embassies. He said the annual trade with Latin American and Caribbean countries is already at 50 percent of that with India's largest partners. He added that a rising middle class in those markets will help increase them further.</span><br />
