<span style="color: #222222;">External Affairs Minister Dr. S Jaishankar and his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov are holding delegation-level talks in Delhi. In his opening remarks, Dr Jaishankar said this year marks the 22nd year of strategic partnership and 12th year of special and privileged strategic partnership. He exuded confidence that the conversations would be conducted in that spirit as very close partners.<br />'' <br />'' Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said India and Russia are tied through a strategic partnership and at the heart of this partnership is the long-lived friendship between the nations. Mr Lavrov arrived in New Delhi yesterday on a two-day visit to India.</span>
