External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar today joined friends and admirers of former Japan Prime Minister Shinzo Abe to pay tribute to him in New Delhi. In a tweet, Dr Jaishankar said Shinzo Abe had a special place for India in his heart. He said Shinzo Abe prepared Japan to face a more uncertain and turbulent world and strove to create a rules-based order that recognizes the importance of democratic values.
