As Czech Republic takes over European Union Presidency, they discussed&nbsp;taking India- EU partnership forward. The Ministers noted the steady progress in bilateral cooperation, including in trade, defence, Science and Technology and people-to-people exchanges. They welcomed the trade level crossing two billion dollars. They also exchanged views on the repercussions of the Ukraine conflict and the Indo-Pacific.<br />''<br />''Dr. Jaishankar paid tributes to Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore in Prague today. He said, Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore is widely admired by Czech people and the memorial is in a street named after him.<br />''<br />''The External Affairs Minister reached Czech Republic yesterday on the second leg of a two-nation&nbsp;visit. In the Czech Republic, he will hold discussions with his counterpart Jan Lipavský. The discussions will provide an opportunity for a comprehensive review of the bilateral cooperation. The Czech Republic will be taking over the EU Presidency from the 1st of next month.<br />''<br />''Dr. Jaishankar will also interact with a cross-section of the Indian Diaspora, including students in the Czech Republic.<br />''<br />''On the first leg of his visit, Dr Jaishankar visited Slovakia.
