Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Chief E. Sreedharan will retire today and will hand over the charge to DMRC Director (Works) Mangu Singh. The 79-year-old Sreedharan joined the DMRC in 1995. He had successful 16-year tenure.

Due to his efforts, the capital got a modern transport system in a short span of time.
