The Government's free telemedicine service, e-Sanjeevani has crossed another milestone by providing teleconsultation service to over ten crore beneficiaries. The eSanjeevani Ayushman Bharat – Health and Wellness Centre is a doctor-to-doctor telemedicine service to provide general and specialised health services in rural areas. It enables virtual connection between the beneficiary at Wellness Centres and doctor and specialist at the hub.<br />'' <br />''Health Minister Dr Mansukh Mandaviya has said that over 57 per cent of Sanjeevani beneficiaries are women and around twelve per cent beneficiaries are senior citizens. e-Sanjeevani is the world's largest telemedicine implementation in the primary healthcare. e-Sanjeevani was launched in November 2019 to provide quality healthcare to the people residing in remotest regions. <br />
