<span style="color: #222222;">In Manipur, e-Office file management systems have been implemented in 62 Departments and in all the 16 districts. Thus, it has become the leading state in the entire North East region in terms of e-Office implementation.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">With an aim to implement the system in all the departments and other government agencies, Manipur Chief Minister N. Biren Singh distributed 186 desktop computer sets to different departments today. So far, 970 users and 13,872 e-files have been created. On the other hand, 40,850 e-Daks have been created and 6,848 legacy files digitized.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Union Home Minister Amit Shah launched the statewide rollout of the system during his visit to the state on 27th of December last year. The State Government decided to introduce the system in all the 68 government directorates and 53 government agencies and the total number of users would be around 30,000.</span>
