In Manipur, the initiative of State Education Department on introduction of e-Learning for the students during the lockdown period has become beneficial and popular among students of Manipur.<br />'' <br />'' State Education department has already launched e-Comic textbooks for class III to V and e-textbooks for class VII to X students of Manipur. These e-textbooks are available in the website of concerned departments and mobile application.<br />'' <br />''<br />''The department has also started working on introduction of e-textbooks for other classes and planning to upload around 71 books along with some books of Tribal dialects.The initiative has been taken by State government to address the shortcomings and problems on State education system due to the prevailing nationwide lockdown.<br />
