As many as 78 Channels spread over 54 cities provisionally won the bidding on the first day of e-auction of third phase of FM Radio. The auction fetched cumulative price of around 395 crore rupees against the aggregate reserve price of about 357 crore. <br/><br/>In all 26 bidders were allowed to participate in the auction. During the day, four rounds of bidding took place and 135 FM Channels in 69 existing cities of Phase II have been put on auction in the first batch. The bidding will re-start tomorrow on at 09.30 in the morning.
