Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi has alleged the Congress leader Kumari Selja herself is confused about the issue raised by her that she was asked about her caste on a visit to a temple in Dwarka when she was a Union Minister. <br/><br/>Talking to reporters outside Parliament today, Mr. Naqvi said she herself has contradicted her claim saying the incident did not happen at the main Dwarka temple but at Bet Dwarka. He said it is not good to unnecessarily raise such an issue. <br/><br/>Mr Naqvi said main opposition Congress has to think whether it wants to block the development work by disrupting the proceedings in Parliament.
