Durga Puja being celebrated with traditional & religious fervour in Tripura

<span style="color: #222222;">In Tripura, Durga Puja is being celebrated all across the state with traditional and religious fervour. In the state, this biggest annual festival of Bengali Hindus is also celebrated and organised in rural areas in a unique mosaic of cultural synthesis. It's unique as tribal communities, and other communities also take part overwhelmingly in Puja celebrations in a traditional manner.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' In Unakoti district, Durga Puja is being organised by tribal people at tribal dominated areas like Rajkandi, Demdun, Panchamnagar, Saidacherra, and Dhanvilas. Puja pandals are made of bamboo and cane made structures looking like House of Hill people, known as Tong Ghar or Stilted house. There idols of Goddess Durga are cladded with traditional tribal costumes, Risha and Pachhra.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' Similarly, Durga Pujas are being celebrated at tribal dominated areas at Jampuijala under Sepahijala district. Community Pujas at makeshift pandals at Sankuma Bari, Jampuijala, Takarjaja Bazar, Dayarampara are drawing huge community participation.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' Muslim people are actively participating in organising community Puja at Durgapur in Sonamura. </span><br />
