The Madhya Pradesh high court today summoned the entire record of the closed dumper case involving chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and his wife Sadhana Singh. A division bench comprising Justice Rakesh Saksena and Justice M A Siddiqui gave this ruling while hearing a criminal revision filed by congress leader Ramesh Kumar Sahu challenging the order of a Bhopal ‘s special court related to closure of the case. The special court had ordered the closure of the case on 1st August last year on the basis of the report furnished by the Lokayukta police.
