North Zone will play against South Zone in the Duleep Trophy finals from October 17th to 21st at Kochi. The first semi final between North Zone and East Zone ended in a draw today at Kochi. After losing lot of sessions due to rain, the match was called off by the umpires today at Kochi and the finalist was decided by toss of coin. Even though North Zone was able to create a huge score of 591 for 8, they could not bowl more than 14 overs against East Zone till the end of the match due to bad whether. Finally the toss of coin came in favour of North Zone.
