Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar has said that because of the policies being implemented by Union Government lead by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Brain Drain has been converted to Brain Gain.<br/><br/>He was speaking at the 8th convocation ceremony of the Defence Institute of Advance Technology in Pune Today. M.Tech. and P.hd. degrees were conferred to 115 students in the convocation.<br/><br/>Later, the Minister rushed to Pulgaon to Visit Central Ammunition Depot where a major Fire has created havoc.<br/><br/>
