UAE's minister of Economy Sultan Al Mansouri has affirmed on Monday that Dubai's debts issue has a local specialty and is being handled by the competent government agencies.<br/><br/>In a statement on the Emirates official news agency on Monday the minister said that UAE has handled the international financial crisis with high professionalism especially at the federal government level through adoption of a series of measures. He blamed that a massive media campaign is being waged against the UAE with the aim of distorting facts and misleading the public opinion about the economic reality in the country.<br/>
