Almost 40 people have been killed in drug-related attacks in Mexico. Twenty bodies were found in the north-eastern city of Ciudad Madero. All have been shot and some showed signs of torture.<br/><br/>Earlier, gunmen in the city of Chihuahua in northern Mexico killed 19 patents at a drug rehabilitation centre. Eye-witnesses say the victims were made to line up and shot by members of the heavily armed gang.<br/>
