The government today said, several parts of the country are affected by drought and resultant drinking water shortage. <br/><br/>Intervening during zero hour mention in the Lok Sabha, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Venkaiah Naidu said, the situation is serious in States like Bihar, Odisha, Telangana, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh.<br/><br/>He said, the issue should be discussed in the House by the members rising above the party lines to find out a solution.
