In Pakistan, at least three persons were killed and another three injured in a suspected US drone strike in Miranshah early on Tuesday morning. Media reports said the strike took place in Aspalga village, some 12 kilometres southeast of Miranshah, the main town of the restive North Waziristan tribal district. Security officials said a car was hit by two missiles, killing three people and injuring three others.
