DRDO demonstrates indigenously developed and designed AEROSTAT system

The Defence Research and Development Organisation, DRDO, demonstrated it’s indigenously developed and designed AEROSTAT system at a function in Agra today. The AEROSTAT system is capable of carrying electro-optic and Comit Payloads for surveillance. The DRDO official said in Agra that the trials of the system have already been concluded successfully on 25th December. The system has been designed, developed and integrated by Agra based Arial Delivery Research and Development establishment which is a premier laboratory under DRDO. The DRDO spokesperson Ravi Gupta told AIR that Electronic intelligence system and Radar Payloads are also being developed indigenously. He said that this platform is a result of a number of High-end technology in the field of aero- dynamics.
