The new Union Minister for Corporate Affairs Virappa Moily said that a draft bill on Company Affairs is ready and will be his endeavor to push through the state of the Art Bill in Parliament. Taking over the charge of his Ministry this morning he said this is the Ministry of the future as lot of business deal are in the pipeline. Mr. Moily said that this Ministry is not new to him as lot of references from corporate affairs used to come to him when he was Minister of Law and Justice.
