In Uttar Pradesh, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, conducting judicial probe into mysterious death of Dr. YS Sachan in Lucknow jail, has sought the post mortem report of the dead body of Dr. YS Sachan from the Lucknow district police chief.AIR Lucknow correspondent reports that in his letter the CJM Rajesh Kumar Upadhyay has asked the district police chief that the report along with the video CD of the post mortem process should be provided to him by 30th of this month. Dr. Sachan, the main accused in the murders of CMOs Dr Vinod Kumar Arya and Dr. BP Singh was lodged in the Lucknow district jail from April 7th this year and was found dead last Wednesday.The CJM has also asked the Senior Jail Superintendent of Lucknow jail to produce the Jailor Bhimsen Mukund at his court room on the 30th of this month to record his statement in this case. Mukund was on duty on the day when Dr. Sachan was found dead in a under construction toilet on the first floor of district jail hospital. AIR correspondent reports, it was said that Mukund had disappeared after the incident, but state government has denied it.
