Minister of State for Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER), Dr Jitendra Singh today inaugurated Purbashree stall at Dilli Haat in New Delhi. The stall has been set up to give a push to the development and promotion of North East handicrafts and handloom products. Speaking on the occasion, Dr Singh said, these stalls will not only showcase the North Eastern culture and ethnicity but will also help generate the revenue. <br/><br/>The permanent stalls will showcase the talent of north east and help in the promotion of start-ups.He said the NDA government has given special focus to Northeast and it is giving top priority to enhance the connectivity in the region. He also added that most of the delayed projects in the region have been put on the fast track.
