Dr. Chandrabhan is the new President of Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee. An All India Congress Committee release on Wednesday said that the Congress President Mrs. Sonia Gandhi has approved the proposal for the appointment of Dr. Chandrabhan with immediate effect. He succeeds Dr. C. P. Joshi who is currently the Minister of Road Transport and Highways at the Centre.
