Now downloaded e-Aadhaar Card will be valid as proof of identity during rail travel. Ministry of Railways in a statement said that it has decided to incorporate downloaded Aadhaar letter as prescribed proof of identity at par with printed Aadhaar Card during travel in any reserved class. Other valid documents for identity proof include Voter ID, Passport , PAN and Driving License.
