<span style="color: #222222;">In Assam, the Office of the State NRC Coordinator has instructed district administrations to include the names of Doubtful voters (D-voters) in the NRC list if their names are cleared by foreigners' tribunal. &nbsp;<br />'' <br />'' D- Voters are barred from contesting elections and exercising their voting rights in the state.&nbsp;<br />'' <br />'' Official sources said that D- voters have to submit the verdict of the foreigner tribunal to get their names included in the NRC list. &nbsp;<br />'' <br />'' The names of 40 lakh people were not included in the NRC draft list published in July last year in the state.&nbsp;<br />'' <br />'' At present, the hearing of claims and objections related to the NRC is going on.&nbsp;<br />'' <br />'' NRC is being implemented in Assam under the supervision of the Supreme Court to detect illegal citizens. &nbsp;</span><br />
