The Ministry of Personal, Public Grievances and Pension has organised a one-day conference of State Advanced Training Institutes, Central Training Institutes and cadres controlling authorities of various services in New Delhi today.<br/><br/>The conference, being organised to promote citizen centric attitude for better public service delivery will be addressed by Secretary in the Ministry, Sanjay Kothari.
