National Anti Doping Agency team conducted raids on Sports Authority of India complex on the outskirts of Bangalore today. The 4-member NADA team headed by Dr. V. Jayaram searched for banned drugs in the rooms of the athletes. Tests are being held at the Sports Medicine Centre within the SAI premises. Further details are likely to emerge later during the day. The raid comes in the wake of eight of international fame Indian athletes testing positive for using banned drugs.
