<span style="color: #222222;">Doordarshan will start various programmes in Bhojpuri from today. Bhojpuri is spoken in regions of Eastern Uttar Pradesh and Western Bihar. Apart from Bhojpuri dialect, local traditions, art and literature will also be promoted in the programmes. People of these two regions are excited after their demands for programmes in Bhojpuri language got fulfilled.<br />'' <br />'' Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Singh Thakur tweeted a video in Bhojpuri language. He said in his video, it is a matter of great pleasure that from today, a special programme of one hour will be broadcast every day in Bhojpuri language from 11 to 11: 30 am and from 8 pm to 8:30 pm from Doordarshan station Gorakhpur on DD Uttar Pradesh.<br />'' <br />'' Mr Thakur and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Aadityanath had earlier inaugurated the satellite centre at DD Gorakhpur station on the 3rd of this month.<br />''<br />''The programme will spread the culture and dialect of these regions.
