Door-to-door survey to check COVID-19 cases in Rajasthan

<span style="color: #222222;">In Rajasthan, for active surveillance of COVID-19 cases, door-to-door survey work is being carried out across the state through ANM and ASHA workers. About 50 thousand ASHA workers have been trained for this work. Each Corona death is being audited by the state government. Many efforts have been made to strengthen the health infrastructure to minimize the casualty due to the infection. Centralized oxygen pipelines and oxygen generator plants have been established in the sub-district and district hospitals of the state. Provision for 20 ICU beds and 20 ventilators have also been made in district hospitals. Meanwhile, 612 COVID cases have been reported today in the state, out of which 167 persons have tested positive in Jaipur. </span><br />
