China has said the domestic passenger flights will resume operations in the coronavirus epicentre Hubei province, except for its capital Wuhan, from tomorrow.<br />'' <br />'' China's Civil Aviation Regulator (CAAC) has said, Flight operations from Wuhan would start from April 8.
