The bandh was&nbsp;called by the Indian Medical Association today demanding revocation of permission given by the central government to Ayurveda doctors for performing surgeries.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In Mumbai, outpatient services of municipal&nbsp;and private hospitals remained closed from 6 am to 6 pm. Doctors at the municipal hospitals could be seen wearing black ribbons. While homeopathy doctors were seen wearing pink ribbons to welcome the Central government's decision.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Many private medical professionals in Washim district have closed their outpatient departments till 6 pm. Also, the presence of doctors in government and municipal hospitals was low. In Dhule too, dispensaries, clinics and OPD services remained closed from 6 am to 6 pm. Doctors of the Dental Medical Association&nbsp;staged a protest in the Dhule city.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">However, COVID care facilities and other emergency medical services remained unaffected in the State.</span><br />'' &nbsp;
