Stalin enlisted 500 announcements. The DMK has assured that school children would be provided milk in the morning,&nbsp; 4000 rupees for rice ration card holders, cancellation of educational loans, wifi for schools,live coverage of assembly sessions, pongal to be celebrated as a cultural festival, making Thirukkural a national book, reduction of five rupees in petrol, four rupees in diesel and 100 rupees in LPG cylinder, 40 percent reservation for women in government jobs , cable car for temples in hills and mountains, 1000 crore for refurbishing temples, seperate budget for agriculture among many others.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Earlier in the day he visited the memorial and the residence of his father and DMK patriarch Karunanidhi and paid obeisance before releasing the manifesto.&nbsp;</span><br />'' &nbsp;<br />
