A delegation of DMK leaders met President Pratibha Devi Singh Patil at Rashtrpati Bhawan in New Delhi on Wednesday.

DMK Parlimentary party leader T R Balu submitted a memorandum to President, blaming Tamil Nadu government of violating human rights and the directions of the Supreme Court while arresting their leaders.
